2013 Class - Ocean of Soul Hall of Fame 

The highest award presented by the Ocean of Soul Alumni Chapter (OOSAC), the Ocean of Soul Hall of Fame, was created in 2013 to recognize outstanding individual contributions to the Ocean of Soul band in several areas. In addition, there will also   be an Ocean Honors Award, given to those individuals who have excelled in areas outside of the Ocean Band Program.  These inductees will be permanently recognized in the Rollins Stewart Music Building on the campus of Texas Southern University.
